Sakhir (Kingdom of Bahrain), October 16th, 2023 – Racing Force Group organized at the Bahrain International Circuit in Sakhir, Bahrain, the 2023 Racing Force World Meeting, the most important private event in the motorsport safety industry, on October 14th and 15th. The 2024 product collection and novelties from the OMP, Bell Racing Helmets, Zeronoise and Racing Spirit brands have been unveiled in front of over 75 invited distributors and dealers from 40 countries and five continents as the event welcomed more than 300 guests.
The 2023 Racing Force World Meeting took place at the same venue which hosts the Formula 1 Bahrain Grand Prix, with Bahrain International Circuit, Bahrain Economic Development Board, DHL Express, DHL Global Forwarding, 3D Beta, Behbehani Brothers, R-M and Camo Licensing as official partners.
The Group’s most relevant novelty for 2024 is the ground-breaking Wired-Wireless helmet and communication system for rally and rally-raid, developed by integrating the top level open-face Bell helmets with the new Zeronoise Fearless Wired-Wireless intercom, providing in both modes the exceptional Zeronoise sound clarity and noise reduction. This system is expected to be a real game changer in the market, being the first ever to debut a double-mode technology, totally integrated inside the helmet. The experts could immediately test the Wired-Wireless system performance and reliability during the hot laps activity at Bahrain International Circuit, being strongly impressed by the outstanding quality of the sound both in cabled and no-cable mode.
The 2023 Racing Force World Meeting was also the opportunity to announce the new exclusive partnership between OMP and Playseat®, the world’s leading company in racing simulation cockpits. Sim racing became a habit for races preparation by all the drivers, even the most famous. The seats and other OMP products’ integration, a pillar in the deal signed with Playseat®, adds a further layer of realism to the simulation experience, not only for the drivers but for sim racers and enthusiasts as well.
Bell launched the new X1 helmet, specifically developed for autocross racing, a rising discipline on the WRC ladder that the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) is strongly promoting. Zeronoise introduced the Fury digital rally intercom, which brings digital sound performance at a price in line with current analog solutions. This makes it the best price-performance product on the market.
OMP has the largest number of 2024 novelties, split between car parts, racewear and kartwear collections. The HTE One seats family, one of the most successful in the motorsport history with over 25 titles between the FIA World Rally Championship and the FIA World Rallycross Championship, will be enriched by its most extreme iteration ever. The HTE ONE Ultra Lite, previewed during the event in Bahrain, will be the world’s lightest homologated seat ever, thanks to its new shell made with a special carbon fiber. The OMP offering is also enriched by new FIA-homologated seats in different sizes and for high-performance road cars as well, plus the new racing-inspired and certified office chairs. The 2024 OMP racewear and kartwear ranges have been updated to comply the new FIA homologation standard, achieving increased safety and performance levels, coupled with even more appealing designs.
OMP also displayed its innovative body scanning booth, based on a motorsport-exclusive 3D scanning and artificial intelligence technology. The device can detect more than 150 anatomical measurements in 6 seconds, with unprecedented accuracy. This will optimize the whole customized racewear design process and the final items’ performance.
The Racing Spirit clothing brand has launched the 2024 collection and its four option lines for customization, spacing from custom items designed from scratch for sizable partnerships already in place to garments and accessories for everyday and leisure wear. For the first time, the attending guests were able to appreciate the quality and technicality of the complete Racing Spirit range, and the particular attention the Group had using sustainable fabrics.
Paolo Delprato, Chairman and CEO of Racing Force Group, commented: “The 2023 Racing Force World Meeting perfectly resumed our growth, capabilities and ambition to be leaders in the motorsport industry.
